Instant dry yeast doesn’t require activation and can be mixed directly with flour. It also ferments faster and has finer granules.

2.Can your yeast be used for both low-sugar and high-sugar doughs?

Yes. Our yeast is designed to work in both conditions. We also offer sugar-tolerance-adjusted formulas for optimal performance.

3.What is the recommended dosage for different applications?

For low-sugar doughs: 0.3–0.5% of flour weight. For high-sugar doughs: 0.8–1.2%.

4.Do I need to dissolve the yeast in water before using?

No. Our instant dry yeast can be added directly to the dry ingredients.

5. Is it suitable for frozen dough or long fermentation?

Yes. We offer formulas optimized for frozen storage and extended fermentation times.

6.How should I store the yeast after opening?

Keep it tightly sealed and refrigerated. For longer storage, you can freeze it to pause activity and preserve shelf life

7.What is the shelf life of your yeast?

24 months from the date of production (unopened). Once opened, it’s best used within 1–2 months

8.Will moisture affect yeast performance?
